Yoga bricks or yoga blocks are used for extra support or bit more height in different asanas. Cork blocks are firm and light. In addition, this material provides stable grip for your hands. The different sides of the block have different dimensions, which gives you more options.

Cork is sustainably harvested from trees. The harvested material re-grows every 8 to 9 years, and is therefore a sustainable raw material that does not damage the cork tree.
Sustainability
Yogisha cork bricks are produced in Portugal with Portuguese cork. The cork is harvested and processed under excellent labour conditions and no chemicals are used in the production process. Cork is a natural, renewable material and is very sustainable.
