    Product description

    Bolsters are sturdy, larger cushions that you can use as support for various yoga postures. These props are mainly used in Iyengar, Yin and Restorative yoga, but you can actually use a bolster in any yoga style during your sitting and lying postures.

    These bolsters are made from hemp. The cushions are filled with buckwheat chaff, a relatively light but sturdy natural material. The outer cover contains an inner cover made of finer cotton, which prevents the pillow from dust.
