  Ik vind het een goede mat , mijn spierpijn aan de schouderbladen wordt echt minder tot weg. Heb ongeveer 1 a 2 uren erop gelegen. Het werkt inderdaad ontspannen. Echt aan te raden voor een stijve schouderblad(en) door overbelasting.
