Yogandha Yogandha Pre-Practice Oil - Salute

This handy & healthful roll-on yoga oil is called Salute or pranam dhehi (may the upward moving energy be nourished). It's rare to find something that boosts your mood, energy and immune system (usually stimulants are not very body-friendly!). Yet this little wonder oil does all three. It gives you a real boost in the morning, particularly after broken sleep and is great for focus when you are busy at work or studying. It stimulates your concentration and mood when you are tired or jet lagged. 

Use this oil before yoga practice to give you a little lift, or throughout the day as a perfume oil.

The fragrance – Citrus usually has a light fragrance - but this oil also has depth

Bergamot is immediately uplifting to the spirits and is also excellent for stress and anxiety

Rosemary boosts mood, energy levels and the immune system. It wakes up the mind and helps it to focus
Also containing sacred Cedarwood, Ravensara (a gentler cousin in the Eucalyptus family), with a hint of Patchouli and Ylang Ylang

How to use

With practice
Apply to your pulse points - wrists, neck, temples, & 3rd eye if you like.
Apply the oil before asana for an extra lift, or before meditation if you tend to drift off or fall asleep.

Outside of practice
Carry the oil around with you - keep where you'll see it - in your bag, your desk, your car
Apply to temples, neck and wrists when you need a lift. Invaluable if you need to work when you’re tired. Keep a bottle in the car – it’s a huge help for drivers fatigue!

Yogandha donates 5% of profits to women for Women International. In addition, they use 100% natural organic ingredients, and source fair-trade where possible. All Yogandha products are completely free from animal products and are never tested on animals.
All packing is made of post-recycled material and is glue-free, so they are fully compostable
