Bolsters are sturdy, larger cushions that you can use as support for various yoga postures. These props are mainly used in Iyengar, Yin and Restorative yoga, but you can actually use a bolster in any yoga style during your sitting and lying postures.

The Yogisha bolsters are made of super strong, durable natural cotton. The cushions are filled with buckwheat chaff, a relatively light but sturdy natural material. The outer cover contains an inner cover made of finer cotton, which prevents the pillow from dust.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff are also available at Yogisha. The outer cover is (hand) washable.

Our Deluxe series of bolsters are handmade in an honest and sustainable manner in a Dutch workshop. They are of excellent quality, carefully finished, and produced with locally sourced raw materials. At Yogisha we try to have as many products made close to home as possible. This allows us to guarantee quality and burden the environment as little as possible.
