Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about our products, shipping, payments and more. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us!

    1. What products does Yogisha offer?
    Yogisha offers a wide range of products for yoga and meditation. From yoga mats and props (such as blocks, straps and cushions) to clothing, books and accessories. We also have an extensive collection of accessories for relaxation and well-being.

    2. How do I choose the right yoga mat?
    When choosing a yoga mat, it is important to consider the thickness, material and grip. We offer mats in different materials such as PVC, TPE and natural rubber. If you sweat a lot during class, choose a mat with a good grip. For more comfort, you can opt for a thicker mat, and if you are looking for an eco-friendly option, we also offer sustainable mats made from natural products.

    3. Do you offer online yoga classes?
    We currently do not offer online yoga classes. Our focus is on offering high-quality yoga products and accessories. However, we do have a lot of information about yoga and meditation on our blog, which can help you with your practice.

    4. What are the shipping costs?
    The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 for orders under €50. For orders over €50, we ship for free. For international shipments, the costs may vary, depending on the country of destination. You can see exactly what the shipping costs are at checkout.

    5. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
    Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day will be shipped the same day. The delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 working days. For international orders, it may take a few days longer, depending on the country.

    6. Can I exchange or return my order?
    Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The products must be unused and in the original packaging. Returns are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged. Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

    7. How can I pay?
    We accept payments via iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and Billink. At Billink you can choose to pay afterwards, so that you only pay after you have received the products.

    8. Are the products on the website in stock?
    We do our best to ensure that the products you see on our website are in stock. If a product is temporarily unavailable, you can sign up for a notification as soon as it is back in stock. If a product is out of stock, we will clearly indicate this on the product page.

    9. Are the products on the website available in the store in Amsterdam?
    Yes, we work with one stock, so everything is also for sale in our store. If you want to be absolutely sure that it is in stock, please contact us on 020-6640743.

    10. Do you have physical stores?
    Yes, we have one store at Ceintuurbaan 306 in Amsterdam.

    11. Do you offer discounts?
    Yes, we regularly have offers and discount promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest offers, new products and exclusive discounts. We also offer discounts for teachers and yoga studios.

    13. Can I place an order as a company?
