This selection of Sacred Elephant incense contains three scents that supports different types of yoga practices. Enjoy uplifting scents for more dynamic styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, and more calming scents for Yoga Nidra, for example.
You will receive one box of each of the following scents:
- Frankinscence: when you are in need of some more energy
- Gaura Leela: for more vigorous session of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga
- Himalayan Musk: for Yoga Nidra and Pranayama
Incense was originally used by the yogis of the East as a way of creating an atmosphere of serenity and harmony for their meditations. These yogis believed that each of our senses could be enlightened leading to higher realms of experience and consciousness. The fragrances used became an important part of their journey of self discovery and inner peace.
The Sacred Elephant handcrafted incense sticks are traditionally prepared by monks in ancient temples in India, using only the purest ingredients provided by nature.
Each stick weighs just over 1 gram, is around 20cm long and will burn for approximately 40 - 45 mins. There are 10 sticks per box.

Every part of the process from the production of the scents, the blending, the rolling of the final stick and even the packaging is done by hand.
