It offers just a little more strength and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and during relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, durable natural cotton. This rectangular bolster is filled with kapok, which provides a firm yet soft cushion that retains its shape well. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.
