The GOTS certification (Global Organic Textile Standard) ensures that cotton farmers, dyers and seamstresses receive a fair wage. Furthermore, pesticides, neurotoxins or artificial fertilizers are not used in organic cotton cultivation, which is a source of energy savings. And the seed is naturally free of genetic manipulation.
