Bolsters are firm, larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture and also in yoga postures. It offers just that little bit more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and in your relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, durable natural cotton. This round bolster is filled with kapok, which ensures a firm yet soft cushion that retains its shape well. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easily removable. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.
