These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and in your relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, durable natural cotton. This rectangular bolster is filled with kapok, which ensures a firm yet soft cushion that retains its shape well. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easily removable. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.
