Usage

1. Measure one spoon of table salt without iodine
2. Fill the neti pot with lukewarm water and the salt
3. Stir well
4. Pour the water into one of your nostrils
5. Repeat where necessary. Ideally, the water will flow out of your other nostril
6. dry your nose
7. Repeat on the other side
