Product description
Bolsters are sturdy larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture and also for yoga postures. It offers a bit more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and in your relaxation.
Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made of super strong, durable natural cotton. This rectangular bolster is filled with kapok, which makes for a firm yet soft cushion that retains its shape well. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.
