This lightweight yoga block offers the perfect combination of comfort and support. The block is non-slip and has rounded corners and edges for even more comfort during use. This recycled foam yoga block is not squishy like many blocks but gives excellent support due to the high density of the foam, and is extremely durable.

Care instructions
