Yogisha Yoga Bolster Round Buckwheat Deluxe - Green

Bolsters are sturdy, larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture and also with yoga postures. It offers just a little more strength and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and during relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, durable natural cotton. They are filled with buckwheat husks and provide firm support. The outer cover contains an inner cover made of finer cotton, which prevents the bolster from drifting. Both covers have a zipper, making refilling or washing the cover a matter of a cent. Separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff are also available at Yogisha. The outer cover is (hand) washable. The bolsters have a carrying strap on one side.

Our bolsters are handmade in an honest and sustainable manner in a Dutch workshop. They are of excellent quality, carefully finished, and produced with locally sourced raw materials. This makes our bolsters a bit more pricey than most bolsters you find online, which are usually imported from India. At Yogisha we try to have as many products made close to home as possible. This allows us to guarantee quality and burden the environment as little as possible.
