Bolsters are sturdy, larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture and also with yoga postures. It offers just a little more strength and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your sitting and lying postures and during relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, durable natural cotton. This round bolster is filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy, natural material that shapes with your body. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff are also available at Yogisha. The outer cover is (hand) washable.
